If you do not agree with them, please do not use the aforementioned website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Security Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays reserves the right to request a security deposit upon check-on, to cover the payment of any damages and\/or losses of any equipment that is listed in the accommodation\u2019s inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Villa and\/or Apartment\u2019s inventory, which lists the replacement values of each equipment, will be shared with the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guest will be asked for a security deposit upon check-in, which can be paid in cash or through placing a temporary credit card hold for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Studio = 200\u20ac<\/li><li>T1 Apartment = 200\u20ac<\/li><li>T2 Apartment = 300\u20ac<\/li><li>V2 Villas = 300\u20ac<\/li><li>V3 Villas = 400\u20ac<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This value will be returned to the Guest at Check-Out, after checking for damages and\/or losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Cleaning Services and Hygiene Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that cleaning services and replacement of hygiene products are only available during the stay in the Villas and Apartments for the duration of your stay or at an additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hygiene products will be provided at check-in (in a number equal to the number of occupants) and no replacements are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>For stays up to 9 nights &#8211; 1 cleaning visit<\/li><li>For stays from 10 nights &#8211; you will be entitled to 1 additional cleaning visit every 5 nights.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A daily cleaning service will be provided in the Guesthouse rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you wish to purchase additional cleaning services for your stay in the Villas or Apartments, the cost per cleaning visit, per day, are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Studios = 30\u20ac (maximum 2 hours service)<\/li><li>T1 Apartments = 30\u20ac (maximum 2 hours service)<\/li><li>T2 Apartments = 40\u20ac (maximum 2:30 hours service)<\/li><li>V2 Villas = 40\u20ac (maximum 2:30 hours service)<\/li><li>V3 Villas = 55\u20ac (maximum 3:30 hours service)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is no longer possible to purchase the breakfast supplement for the Apartments and Villas, since the breakfast room has no space for additional guests, other than those staying in the Guesthouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All meals are provided as Take-Aways. The order must be placed by the Guest over the phone or in person, next to the Restaurante da Praia de S\u00e3o Rafael.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The options are listed in the menu available at the accommodation. The guest will collect the meal at the time agreed in advance with the restaurant team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Refundable Rate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that 100% of the booking amount will be made by bank transfer or credit card via a secure link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flexible Rate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>June &#8211; Payment of the total amount up to 3 days before the estimated day of arrival<\/li><li>July to September &#8211; Payment in full 14 days before the expected arrival date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Last Minute Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment in full at the time of booking, by credit card (via secure link).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay for cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, for stays during Christmas (23 and 24 of December), New Year&#8217;s Eve (30 and 31 of December), Easter (Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Sunday) and between June 1st and September 30th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays also reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay for cancellations made 3 days or less before the arrival date, for stays during the remaining months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong><strong>No-show<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event the guest(s) are no-shows or if the reservation is cancelled on the expected arrival date S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays reserves the right to charge 75% of the total amount of the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Early Departure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the check-out is done before the date stipulated in the reservation, S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays reserves the right to charge 75% of the remaining period booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Dress Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a dress code in force in the property\u2019s public areas, which will be checked and recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Check-In<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Portuguese law it is mandatory to present an official identification document (Passport, Citizen Card\/Identity Card) for all occupants staying in the accommodation (adult, children, babies) upon check-in. Check-in cannot be carried out if these documents are not presented, and the cancellation policy outlined in the reservation and defined above will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you made an advance payment using a Credit Card to guarantee the reservation, you must present that same card when checking in. If the card is not presented at check-in, you must make a new payment for the same amount (credit\/debit card or cash), and the amount previously debited from the first card will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to add the TIN\/Corporate TIN to the invoice relating to the advance payment, you must notify us when making the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Online Occupancy\/Reservations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use the Online Booking system available on the S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays website, the terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellations apply to each price indicated and the user must carefully read the details provided regarding the rate charged, before completing the booking process. Any special needs will have to be communicated at the time of booking, but it is not guaranteed that these will be provided for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>&#8220;Prices From&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices referred to as &#8220;Prices From&#8221; in the S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays accommodation listings are considered to be the lowest available base prices per night, per person, for the respective unit until the end of the current calendar year, and therefore there is no guarantee that these prices will be available whenever a search is made in our reservation system (price varies depending on search date). As these prices are already the lowest available, which may or may not include promotions, no additional discounts will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>General<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You are not permitted to transfer, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of your rights stipulated under these Terms and Conditions. If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions included in these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The non-exercise of any right or recourse under these Terms and Conditions, by either party, does not constitute a waiver of that right or recourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Website use<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of the website implies that the user must be of legal age (minimum age of 18 years) and can enter into binding contracts. The user will be financially responsible for any and all uses of the website. The user may only use the website to make reservations or legitimate purchases, and guarantees that all personal information provided during the reservation and service registration process is correct. We reserve the right to prevent or limit your access to all or part of the website at any time and without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Website availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The website may not be permanently accessible due to maintenance or repair operations, or due to system problems or failures, Internet service failures or other unforeseen circumstances. The site contains information about our products and services worldwide, not all of which will be available in all locations. A reference to a product or service displayed on the website does not imply that the product or service in question is or will be available at your location. As a result of its update policy, S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays may wish to amend these Terms and Conditions (including those related to the use of the content). If there are any changes to the Terms and Conditions, S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays will notify the user, and it will provide the last update date at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is therefore important that the user checks if there is any notification regarding changes to the Terms and Conditions whenever the user accesses the website. The use of the website after publication or notification of changes by S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays implies the acceptance of those same changes. Both parties agree, in the sole interest of S\u00e3o Rafael Holidays, to elect the Portuguese courts as the competent and exclusive forum to judge and rule on any proceedings, actions or legal measures that may arise or result from this contract;
