Exercise of the Rights of the Holder of Personal Data

The exercise of your rights is free of charge, except in the case of a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, notably because of its repetitive character, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged taking into account the administrative costs, or the request may not be pursued.

The time limit for replying to the requests submitted is 30 (thirty) days, which may be extended for a further 30 (thirty) days due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests.

The response to requests shall be provided within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, unless it is a particularly complex request.
